CAE analysis

Today engineers design products of more complex shapes, which is a result of widespread use of 3D CAD software. Result of this is also harder and more expensive product realization. Mechanical calculations of products are also more demanding and almost impossible without computer aided software based on theory of finite element method (CAE). Use of this method of calculation can be difficult for inexperienced users, because with use of computer software these calculations may look simple. Users often ignore correct input data, in case of CAE this means correct boundary conditions, material properties... This data is often engineer's biggest unknown and hard to determinate. Problems also occur with calculation result interpretation and engineer's ability to get what he wants from these results.

For CAE calculations we currently use software package Mecway which helps us analyse cases as: static analysis, modal analysis...

Result of CAE calculations can be just mechanical calculation with interpretation or basis for optimization of individual parts of product.

We use CAE calculations also along with our mechanical construction and designing.

We can offer:
