Engineering design & CAD

We use SolidWorks Professional 2018 for mechanical construction and design. For data management we use SolidWorks PDM Professional.

JRP workflow for projects

We use a simple workflow to manage our projects and technical documentation.

Design Phase: On the basis of your requirements we develop a concept solution, which is then transferred to 3D CAD software after your confirmation.

Preliminary Phase: Here we develop final details of the product. After one or few iterations of this step we check the final solution with the customer.

Final Phase: After confirmation we make technical documentation (2D drawings, bill of materials...) needed for product realization.

Revision Change Phase: A lot of times changes occur during the production phase or during assembling. This changes must be put back to the model and drawings to prevent future troubles. In this case we apply revision changes to our models and drawings.

If desired, we can also make drawings of exploded product for assembling and/or product instruction manual purposes. We can offer complete package (technical solution, 3D CAD, 2D technical documentation...) or just individual parts of package.

Mechanical calculations are made with software package Mecway.

We also offer photo-realistic presentations of products (rendered images). This is done with CAD software Solidworks (PhotoView package). This is useful for product presentations in catalogues or product marketing, because we don't need physical product immediately, but just its 3D CAD model.

We can offer you:

  • mechanical construction of various devices, machines and other products,
  • help in finding technical solutions for various problems,
  • 3D CAD model making on basis of 2D drawings,
  • 2D technical documentation drawings based on 3D CAD models,
  • photorealistic rendering of 3D models for product presentations (brochures, catalogues...),
  • making of product instruction manuals, assembling manuals, product maintenance manuals.
